Business/Organizational Leadership Experience

Prior to joining Juniper Counseling, Liz held several Senior Human Resources leadership positions. As a Director of People and Culture/Human Resources, Liz led multiple teams and maintained oversight of the employee experience. Focused on employee mental health and wellbeing, Liz tailored each process to the employee’s needs, breaking through any barriers hindering their development efforts. During her career, Liz has worked with other leaders, turned around troubled teams based on communication issues and prohibitive internal messaging, and confidently guided employees through business transformations. Liz is a trusted partner and coach.
